- Develop 5-10 year technology roadmaps for quantum computing, AI ethics, and decentralized systems
- Lead stakeholder workshops to align emerging tech adoption with business objectives
- Conduct horizon scanning of breakthrough technologies in biotech, nanotech, and space exploration
- Design governance frameworks for ethical AI implementation and digital sovereignty
- Partner with venture capital teams to identify strategic investment opportunities
- Present strategic insights to executive leadership and industry consortiums

Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation management
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, synthetic biology)
- Experience developing long-term technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Strong background in ethical AI frameworks and digital policy advocacy
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism (PhD preferred)
