Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (2026+) to identify market disruption opportunities and competitive threats
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and industry shifts
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate future product architectures and use cases
- Partner with engineering teams to prototype and validate next-gen solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Monitor regulatory landscapes and ethical implications of emerging technologies
- Drive innovation culture through hackathons and tech scouting initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum, IoT, blockchain, biotech)
- Proven track record of launching disruptive tech products or services
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex concepts into actionable strategies
- Experience with scenario planning and future forecasting methodologies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional presentation and stakeholder management skills
- Certifications in technology management (e.g., CTO Academy, Tech Strategy Pro) preferred
