Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence) and develop strategic implementation roadmaps for 2026 market readiness
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Establish partnerships with research institutions and tech startups to co-develop next-gen capabilities
- Present technology impact assessments and strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and investors
- Design and oversee pilot programs for experimental technologies in real-world environments
- Develop intellectual property strategies to protect breakthrough innovations
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation management with proven success in scaling futuristic concepts
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
- Track record of launching products/services based on emerging technologies
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field
- Experience developing multi-year technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives
