Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technology trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) to identify strategic opportunities for 2026
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and market forecasts
- Lead cross-functional innovation workshops to ideate and prototype future solutions
- Conduct competitive landscape analysis and benchmark against industry best practices
- Collaborate with R&D teams to evaluate technical feasibility of proposed innovations
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership with clear ROI projections
- Build and maintain relationships with technology startups, research institutions, and thought leaders
- Monitor regulatory and ethical implications of emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or related field
- Proven track record of successfully launching future-focused tech initiatives
- Expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI, IoT, blockchain, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Exceptional communication skills with experience presenting to C-suite audiences
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Certifications in emerging technologies (e.g., AWS ML, TensorFlow) highly valued
