- Develop and maintain a comprehensive technology innovation roadmap aligned with business objectives
- Lead cross-functional workshops to foster ideation and prioritize R&D initiatives
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to position our technology ecosystem advantageously
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives with data-driven insights
- Partner with product teams to integrate emerging tech into future product roadmaps
- Monitor global tech policy and regulatory developments affecting our innovation strategy
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D management, or innovation consulting
- Proven track record developing and executing long-term technology roadmaps
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, IoT, quantum computing)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
- Exceptional communication skills for executive presentations and stakeholder alignment
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Experience in high-growth tech environments (startup or Fortune 500 preferred)
- Certification in technology management or innovation strategy (e.g., CTO, PMP) desirable
