Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps for 2026-2030, prioritizing R&D investments in AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating next-gen solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investors
- Establish KPIs to measure technology adoption and ROI
- Partner with product teams to integrate innovations into core offerings
- Monitor global tech trends and regulatory landscapes affecting future deployments
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D management, or emerging tech innovation
- Proven track record developing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, Web3, or sustainable tech
- Executive-level presentation and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certification in technology management (e.g., CIO, CTO) preferred
- Published thought leadership in emerging technologies
