Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation strategy
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.) for market disruption
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering and product teams
- Conduct competitive analysis and patent landscape assessments
- Present strategic roadmaps to executive stakeholders and investors
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Monitor global tech trends and forecast industry shifts
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, blockchain, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products or services
- Advanced degree in Technology, Engineering, or Business (PhD/MBA preferred)
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making ability
- Exceptional communication and executive presentation skills
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting
