Responsibilities
- Architect 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with 2026 market projections
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping breakthrough solutions
- Conduct competitive analysis of emerging technologies (AI, quantum, blockchain)
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage $2M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Foster partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Drive sustainable technology initiatives for carbon-neutral operations
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business (PhD preferred)
- 12+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years at executive level
- Proven track record of launching successful tech products with $50M+ revenue impact
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, IoT)
- Strong financial acumen with experience in venture capital or corporate innovation
- Published thought leadership in tech journals or major conferences
- Experience scaling global teams across 3+ continents
