Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026+ technology roadmaps aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype emerging technologies (quantum, AR/VR, bio-integrated systems)
- Analyze global tech disruptions and competitive landscapes to inform strategic pivots
- Forge strategic partnerships with academia, startups, and industry leaders
- Present technology visions to investors, board members, and key stakeholders
- Mentor innovation teams in agile methodologies and future-proofing techniques
- Drive ethical technology adoption frameworks aligned with UN Sustainable Goals
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation management
- Proven track record in launching next-gen technologies (quantum, AI, or biotech preferred)
