InnovateForward Inc. is seeking a visionary Future Technologies Strategist to lead our exploration and integration of emerging technologies that will shape the next decade. This role is pivotal in identifying and capitalizing on opportunities in areas such as quantum computing, AI ethics, biotechnology, and sustainable tech. You will work closely with executive leadership to develop a roadmap that positions our company at the forefront of innovation by 2026.
Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technology trends and assess their potential impact on our industry and business operations.
- Develop and execute a strategic plan for adopting and scaling innovative technologies by 2026.
- Collaborate with R&D, product, and engineering teams to integrate cutting-edge solutions.
- Present findings and strategic recommendations to the executive team and board of directors.
- Stay ahead of the curve by continuously researching and monitoring advancements in futuristic technologies.
- Build partnerships with leading tech startups, research institutions, and industry thought leaders.
- Drive innovation culture by mentoring teams and fostering a forward-thinking mindset.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; Master's or PhD preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, innovation management, or a related role.
- Proven track record of successfully implementing emerging technologies in a corporate environment.
- Deep knowledge of at least two of the following: quantum computing, AI, biotechnology, or sustainable tech.
- Exceptional analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
