Responsibilities
- Lead strategic planning for 2026+ technology adoption and innovation initiatives
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, AGI, synthetic biology) for competitive advantage
- Develop cross-functional technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives
- Collaborate with product teams to integrate next-gen technologies into core offerings
- Present technology forecasts and strategic recommendations to executive leadership
- Build and maintain partnerships with leading research institutions and tech pioneers
- Lead innovation workshops and hackathons to foster internal ideation culture
- Monitor global regulatory landscapes affecting emerging technologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; PhD preferred
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation management
- Proven track record of implementing emerging technologies at scale
