Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon-scanning research to identify emerging technologies with transformative potential by 2026
- Develop and implement 3-5 year strategic technology roadmaps aligned with market disruption forecasts
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions in our innovation lab
- Analyze geopolitical and regulatory impacts on emerging tech adoption pathways
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align departments on future technology integration
- Monitor competitor tech investments and identify first-mover opportunities
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or future-focused R&D
- Proven track record implementing emerging technologies in enterprise environments
- Deep expertise in at least three of: AI/ML, quantum computing, blockchain, bioinformatics, or climate tech
- Exceptional data modeling skills with proficiency in predictive analytics tools
- Published thought leadership on technological disruption trends
- Experience scaling innovation initiatives across global teams
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or related field
