- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and board members
- Manage innovation labs and mentor cross-functional technology teams
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech startups
- Monitor regulatory changes and ethical implications of breakthrough technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product development, or R&D leadership
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum/AI/biotech/climate-tech)
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products or services
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Strong communication skills for executive presentations and stakeholder alignment
- Certification in Agile/Scrum or equivalent project management framework
- Published research or patents in emerging technologies preferred
