Responsibilities

- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and stakeholders
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints focused on future market disruption
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Define KPIs for tracking technological adoption and ROI
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership
- Proven track record in emerging tech commercialization
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, or advanced biotech
- Strong financial modeling skills for tech investment scenarios
- Experience with agile methodologies for future-proofing products
- PhD or Master's in relevant technical field preferred
- Published research or patents in emerging technologies
