- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives
- Establish strategic partnerships with research institutions and tech startups
- Present compelling future-vision narratives to C-suite stakeholders and investors
- Drive adoption of futuristic technologies across product development lifecycle
- Monitor competitive landscape and regulatory shifts impacting future tech adoption
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation management
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products/services
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional analytical and scenario-planning capabilities
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments
- Strong presentation skills with ability to articulate complex futuristic concepts
- Certification in technology forecasting or innovation management preferred
