- Present visionary strategies to C-suite executives and board of directors
- Secure and manage $10M+ annual R&D budget for future technology initiatives
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years in technology strategy with proven 5+ year horizon planning
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or AGI
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, etc.) or equivalent industry impact
- Track record of launching technologies with $50M+ market impact
- Fluency in technology forecasting methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Executive-level communication with ability to articulate complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders
