- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with market evolution and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional initiatives in quantum computing, neural interfaces, and biotech convergence
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Partner with venture capital teams to evaluate and integrate emerging startups
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish KPI frameworks for technology adoption ROI and competitive advantage
- Author thought leadership publications on technology futures
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Proven track record in emerging tech adoption (quantum, AI, AR/VR)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills for executive and technical audiences
- Strong analytical background with data-driven decision making
