Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026+ technology strategy aligned with market evolution and company vision
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, Web3) for commercial viability and competitive advantage
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate next-gen solutions
- Establish strategic partnerships with research institutions and technology pioneers
- Present technology roadmaps and investment recommendations to C-suite and board members
- Drive sustainable technology adoption initiatives to achieve ESG targets
- Mentor teams on future-proofing methodologies and technological foresight
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or emerging tech leadership
- Proven track record of developing and implementing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI/ML, quantum, biotech, AR/VR)
- Strong analytical skills with experience in scenario planning and trend forecasting
- Executive presence with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
- MBA or advanced degree in technology, engineering, or business strategy preferred
- Published thought leadership in technology innovation or future studies
- Experience scaling technology strategies in global markets
