Responsibilities
- Research and analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, Web3, biotech convergence) with 5-10 year market impact potential
- Develop technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and industry disruption forecasts
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify innovation opportunities and prioritize R&D investments
- Produce strategic briefings and competitive analyses for executive stakeholders
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and startups to scout cutting-edge solutions
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts affecting technology adoption
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D management, or emerging tech consulting
- Proven track record forecasting and commercializing disruptive innovations
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (e.g., quantum AI, neurotech, or climate tech)
- Executive-level communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts
- MSc/PhD in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field preferred
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation or future studies
