Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies with 2026 market potential
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for emerging innovations
- Build and manage strategic partnerships with research institutions and tech pioneers
- Present technology roadmaps to executive stakeholders and investors
- Conduct competitive analysis and scenario planning for future tech landscapes
- Manage a $5M innovation fund allocation to high-potential ventures
- Represent InnovateX at global tech conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech, or climate tech
- Experience building cross-functional teams across technical and business domains
- Advanced degree in relevant field (MBA, MS, or PhD preferred)
- Strong network within Silicon Valley tech ecosystem
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts
- Published thought leadership in technology journals or platforms
