- Lead R&D initiatives for next-gen solutions in IoT, blockchain, and sustainable tech
- Partner with C-suite to integrate futuristic technologies into core business functions
- Present strategic insights to investors and board members through compelling data narratives
- Mentor innovation teams in agile development of prototyping and MVPs
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and their implications on our innovation pipeline
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech roles
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Proven track record of launching at least two enterprise-scale tech innovations
- Deep expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or distributed systems
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Certification in technology foresight methodologies (e.g., Horizon Scanning)
- Experience securing $1M+ R&D budgets for experimental technologies
- Fluency in English with strong cross-cultural communication skills
