Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 3-year technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 market projections
- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum computing, biotech integration, and climate tech
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align innovation with business objectives
- Manage $5M+ annual R&D budgets across 15+ experimental projects
- Present strategic visions to investors and board members quarterly
- Mentor emerging tech talent through our Innovation Academy
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- Proven track record of launching at least three market-defining innovations
- Expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or climate tech
- Executive-level presentation skills with Fortune 500 experience
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or Nature journals
- Fluency in Mandarin or Arabic (for global partnerships)
