Responsibilities
- Research and analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, Web3, etc.) to identify market opportunities and risks
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and market trends
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry consortia
- Drive adoption of agile innovation methodologies within the organization
- Monitor competitive landscape and regulatory shifts affecting future technologies
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of technological curiosity
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with technology focus
- 8+ years in technology strategy, R&D management, or innovation consulting
- Proven track record of launching at least 3 disruptive tech initiatives
- Deep expertise in at least 3 emerging technology domains (e.g., generative AI, neuromorphic computing, sustainable tech)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Strong stakeholder management skills with executive presence
- Certification in technology management (e.g., CTO, CDMP) preferred
