- Direct cross-functional teams in prototyping neuro-interfaces and biometric integrations
- Publish industry whitepapers positioning Innovate Labs as 2026 thought leader
- Secure $5M+ in R&D funding through federal and private partnerships
- Mentor PhD fellows in emerging tech ethics and governance
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or Bioengineering with 8+ years applied experience
- Proven track record scaling emerging tech solutions (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Deep expertise in NIST quantum encryption standards and ISO 27001 frameworks
- Published research in Nature/Science with >500 citations in tech ethics
- Secured $3M+ in DARPA/EU Horizon grants for future-tech projects
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum circuit design (Qiskit)
- Experience testifying before congressional tech policy committees
