Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives in partnership with MIT Media Lab and Stanford HAI
- Identify and evaluate breakthrough technologies with 5-10 year commercialization potential
- Develop patentable frameworks for ethical AI governance and sustainable tech deployment
- Present strategic blueprints to C-suite executives and venture capital partners
- Author white papers on the future of human-AI symbiosis and climate-positive tech
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Engineering, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies (3+ successful launches)
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum algorithms, neuromorphic computing, or decentralized AI
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, IEEE) or equivalent industry impact
- Experience with technology horizon scanning and scenario planning methodologies
- Strong network with academic and industry innovation leaders in Silicon Valley
- Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into strategic business narratives
