Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technology trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) to inform strategic roadmaps for 2026 and beyond
- Develop and implement innovation frameworks to accelerate technology adoption and competitive differentiation
- Lead cross-functional teams in executing pilot programs for future-facing solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with data-backed insights
- Build partnerships with startups, research institutions, and industry thought leaders
- Monitor global tech policy and regulatory developments impacting future markets
- Drive organizational culture of experimentation and calculated risk-taking
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or future-focused consulting
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI, IoT, blockchain, etc.)
- Proven track record of translating trends into commercialized products/servicesAdvanced degree in relevant field (MBA, MS Engineering, or equivalent)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex information
- Experience presenting to C-suite executives and boards of directors
- Certifications in innovation management or technology foresight (preferred)
- Portfolio of successful future-tech initiatives or strategic roadmaps
