Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives for 2026+ technology roadmaps
- Develop patentable solutions in quantum AI and human-machine interfaces
- Partner with Fortune 500 clients to deploy next-gen tech ecosystems
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite executives and government bodies
- Mentor a team of 12 PhD researchers and industry fellows
- Secure $10M+ in government/private innovation grants
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field
- 8+ years in tech strategy with 3+ at director level
- Published research in Nature/Science or equivalent tier
- Proven track record scaling breakthrough technologies
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks for emerging tech
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum computing stacks
- Fluency in Mandarin or German for global partnerships
