Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify breakthrough technologies with 2026+ market potential
- Develop and execute innovation roadmaps aligned with business objectives
- Lead technology assessment projects evaluating AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Establish KPIs to measure innovation pipeline success
- Mentor cross-functional teams in emerging technology adoption
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation management
- Proven track record in emerging technology commercialization
- Expertise in at least two of: AI, quantum computing, biotech, or Web3
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Experience building and scaling innovation labs or incubators
- Exceptional analytical and strategic planning abilities
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Published thought leadership in technology journals or conferences
