Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon-scanning research to identify emerging technologies with transformative potential
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and market trends
- Analyze competitive landscapes and disruption vectors across multiple industries
- Translate technical capabilities into market-ready business cases and investment proposals
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on technology adoption strategies
- Monitor regulatory and ethical implications of emerging technologies
- Present strategic insights to executive leadership and board members
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology, Business, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in strategic planning, innovation management, or tech consulting
- Proven track record in identifying and commercializing emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech, AR/VR, or Web3
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Strong executive communication and presentation skills
- Certification in innovation management (e.g., CIMP, CEIM) or technology strategy preferred
