Responsibilities
- Develop and execute technology roadmaps for 2026-2030 horizon
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies (quantum, AGI, biotech)
- Lead strategic partnerships with research institutions and startups
- Present technology briefings to executive stakeholders and investors
- Establish innovation governance frameworks and ethical guidelines
- Manage a $5M annual innovation portfolio allocation
- Drive adoption of cutting-edge tools across engineering and product teams
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough tech products
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong analytical skills with ability to model complex systems
- Exceptional communication and executive presentation abilities
- Experience with technology forecasting methodologies
- Certification in innovation management or futures studies preferred
