- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align tech innovation with business objectives
- Manage $10M+ innovation budgets and vendor ecosystems for emerging technologies
- Present future-focused briefings to Fortune 500 clients and industry consortiums
- Mentor a team of 15+ engineers and researchers in next-gen tech development
- Patent and commercialize at least 3 breakthrough technologies annually
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic tech roles with 3+ years in emerging tech leadership
- Proven track record of launching AI/quantum solutions with measurable ROI
- Deep expertise in climate tech, biocomputing, or autonomous systems
- Published research in IEEE or Nature Technology (minimum 5 peer-reviewed papers)
- Strong proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming frameworks
- Experience scaling teams from prototype to enterprise-level deployment
- Active membership in IEEE or ACM with conference speaker credentials
