Responsibilities

- Produce strategic whitepapers and market disruptor reports for executive decision-making
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen solutions with 3-5 year market horizons
- Establish KPIs for measuring future-readiness and innovation maturity
- Represent company at global tech foresight forums and academic symposia
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Computer Science, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic planning or innovation roles within tech/biotech sectors
- Expertise in forecasting methodologies (scenario planning, Delphi analysis)
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Proven track record of launching future-oriented initiatives
