Responsibilities
- Develop 3-5 year strategic roadmaps for emerging technologies including quantum AI and neuro-interfacing
- Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, data scientists, and product designers
- Identify and evaluate disruptive technologies with market potential exceeding $1B
- Secure strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry pioneers
- Present technology forecasts and implementation plans to executive stakeholders
- Drive innovation through quarterly hackathons and R&D sprints
- Monitor global tech trends and competitive landscapes
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or advanced R&D leadership
- Proven track record in scaling innovative products to market
- Expertise in AI/ML frameworks and quantum computing principles
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- Excellent communication and executive presentation abilities
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience with venture capital partnerships or corporate incubation
- Published research or patents in emerging technologies preferred
