Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership roles
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Proven track record of launching future-focused products/services
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership in technology futures (whitepapers/patents)
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting
- Certification in innovation management or strategic foresight preferred
- Portfolio of future-focused projects demonstrating impact
