Responsibilities
- Develop 2026+ technology roadmap through market analysis and trend forecasting
- Lead evaluation of emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Collaborate with R&D to prototype future-facing solutions
- Present strategic technology recommendations to C-suite and stakeholders
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Manage innovation lab budget and resource allocation
- Document technology adoption strategies and implementation plans
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 7+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in emerging technology commercialization
- Deep knowledge of AI, blockchain, IoT, and quantum computing landscapes
- Exceptional strategic planning and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with technology lifecycle management
- Strong financial acumen for budget management and ROI analysis
- Certified Innovation Professional (CIP) preferred
