- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies (quantum, neuromorphic, bio-integrated systems)
- Design ethical frameworks for AI and automation deployment in future workplaces
- Partner with VPs of Engineering to integrate future-readiness into current development cycles
- Present strategic visions to C-suite and external stakeholders at industry summits
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years focused on emerging technologies
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains (quantum/AI/blockchain)
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products with 2026+ impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership in journals like Nature Futures or MIT Tech Review
- Experience scaling teams through exponential growth phases
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management
