Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026+ technology strategy aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in researching, evaluating, and implementing emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, Web3, etc.)
- Create detailed innovation roadmaps with clear milestones, resource allocation, and risk mitigation plans
- Establish strategic partnerships with tech startups, research institutions, and industry pioneers
- Present complex technical concepts to executive stakeholders and translate them into business value propositions
- Mentor junior team members and foster a culture of continuous learning and experimentation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech roles
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML systems, blockchain architecture, quantum computing, or biotech integration
- Proven track record of launching innovative products with measurable market impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
