Responsibilities
- Research and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, Web3) for commercial viability
- Develop 5-year strategic technology roadmaps aligned with business growth targets
- Lead cross-functional teams in implementing pilot projects for disruptive innovations
- Analyze market trends to identify competitive advantages and new market opportunities
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with data-backed insights
- Establish governance frameworks for ethical technology adoption and risk mitigation
- Partner with R&D to accelerate prototyping and validation of breakthrough solutions
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or related field
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (AI/ML, quantum computing, AR/VR, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Strong analytical skills with experience in scenario planning and forecasting
