Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technology trends (2026-2030) and develop actionable adoption roadmaps
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype next-gen solutions
- Build strategic partnerships with research institutions and tech incubators
- Present technology visions to investors and executive stakeholders
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring innovation ROI and market disruption
- Mentor R&D teams in agile methodologies for rapid prototyping
- Author thought leadership publications on future technology paradigms
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy, innovation management, or emerging tech R&D
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products or services
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains: AI, quantum computing, AR/VR, or biotech
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong background in strategic planning and market analysis
- Certification in Agile/Scrum and technology forecasting methodologies
- Demonstrated ability to influence C-suite decisions and secure innovation budgets
- Published research or patents in emerging technologies preferred
