- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate futuristic concepts
- Build strategic partnerships with research institutions and tech pioneers to accelerate adoption
- Present visionary technology briefings to C-suite executives and board members
- Establish KPIs to measure impact of future-focused initiatives on market position
- Mentor junior strategists in foresight methodologies and emerging tech evaluation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology, Engineering, or Business with 8+ years in strategic innovation
- Proven track record in developing technology roadmaps for future markets (2025-2030)
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: AI/ML, quantum computing, or decentralized systems
- Experience with scenario planning and futures forecasting methodologies
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex data into actionable strategies
- Exceptional communication skills for presenting visionary concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Certification in strategic foresight or innovation management preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating successful implementation of future-focused initiatives
