Responsibilities
- Lead research and analysis of emerging technologies (quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, spatial computing) for 2026 market readiness
- Architect strategic roadmaps for technology adoption and integration across global operations
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype and validate next-generation solutions
- Present technology forecasts and recommendations to C-suite executives and stakeholders
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators to stay ahead of innovation curves
- Develop frameworks for ethical technology implementation and responsible innovation
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of technological curiosity
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting
- Expertise in emerging tech trends (AI, quantum, blockchain, AR/VR) and market analysis
- Proven track record of developing and implementing long-term technology roadmaps
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong business acumen with experience aligning tech initiatives with commercial objectives
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Certification in technology forecasting or innovation management preferred
- Published thought leadership in tech journals or industry forums
