Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master's or PhD preferred
- 8+ years of experience in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of successfully launching emerging technologies at scale
- Deep expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or biotech convergence trends
- Exceptional strategic thinking with ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value
- Certified Innovation Professional (CIP) or similar strategic credentials preferred
