Responsibilities
- Architect and execute technology strategy for 2026-2030 horizon
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech) for commercial viability
- Develop innovation KPIs and ROI models for tech investments
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-forward solutions
- Lead scenario planning for disruptive market shifts
- Present strategic recommendations to executive board
- Build internal tech literacy programs across departments
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation management
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, blockchain, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching futuristic products/services
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Certification in emerging tech (e.g., AWS Machine Learning, Google Quantum AI)
- Experience with horizon scanning and technology forecasting
