Responsibilities
- Architect strategic roadmaps for emerging technologies (2026-2030) including generative AI, quantum applications, and climate tech
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Analyze global tech trends to identify disruptive opportunities and competitive threats
- Present technology forecasts and implementation strategies to executive stakeholders and investors
- Develop ethical frameworks for responsible deployment of advanced technologies
- Collaborate with product teams to integrate future innovations into existing ecosystems
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic technology planning or emerging tech development
- Proven expertise in at least two future-tech domains: AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech, or climate tech
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Demonstrated success in translating complex tech concepts into business value
- Strong analytical skills with ability to model long-term tech adoption scenarios
- Experience presenting to C-suite executives and investor audiences
- Published research or patents in emerging technologies (highly desirable)
- Deep understanding of global tech policy and ethical implications
