Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership with proven 5-year planning success
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum computing, biotech, AR/VR)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published research or patents in technology innovation or futurism
- Experience scaling tech innovations from concept to commercialization
- Strong financial modeling skills for tech ROI analysis
