Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year strategic roadmap for emerging technologies (quantum, AI, biotech, sustainable tech)
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and design teams
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive tech opportunities and risks
- Present strategic frameworks to C-suite and external stakeholders
- Manage $5M+ innovation portfolio with ROI-driven pilot programs
- Author thought leadership on tech ethics and future-proofing strategies
- Foster partnerships with MIT, Stanford, and global research institutions
Qualifications
- Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in tech strategy, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in AI/ML frameworks, quantum computing principles, or synthetic biology
- Exceptional data storytelling with Tableau/Power BI proficiency
- Published work in IEEE Nature or similar peer-reviewed journals
- Fluency in Mandarin or Japanese for global partnerships
