Responsibilities

- Lead innovation workshops and scenario-planning sessions with executive stakeholders
- Establish KPIs and measurement frameworks for technology adoption ROI
- Partner with R&D to prototype and validate future-forward solutions
- Monitor competitive landscape and regulatory shifts affecting tech strategy

Qualifications
- 8+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or product development
- Proven track record forecasting and implementing emerging technologies
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, blockchain, or sustainable tech
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through digital transformation
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Certification in technology foresight (e.g., Foresight Practitioner) or MBA preferred
