Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technological trends and market disruptions to create 5-10 year strategic roadmaps for innovation
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing proof-of-concepts and prototypes for breakthrough technologies
- Establish strategic partnerships with research institutions, startups, and industry leaders
- Translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies and investment opportunities
- Drive adoption of emerging technologies through internal education and external thought leadership
- Monitor global regulatory landscapes and ethical implications of futuristic technologies
- Secure and manage R&D budgets for experimental technology initiatives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years experience in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation management
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching cutting-edge products or services
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex information
- Experience building and leading high-performing technical teams
- Strong network within tech innovation ecosystems and venture capital community
- Excellent communication skills for executive presentations and stakeholder alignment
