Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 technology strategy aligned with long-term business objectives
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence) for commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and technology pioneers
- Create predictive market analysis reports and competitive technology roadmaps
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board members
- Drive organizational adoption of future-ready technologies through change management initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in anticipating and commercializing emerging technologies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with technology focus
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, AR/VR, or biotechnology
- Exceptional analytical and scenario-planning capabilities with data-driven decision making
- Strong executive presence and experience presenting to C-suite and boards
