Responsibilities
- Architect multi-year technology roadmaps aligning with 2026 market projections and regulatory landscapes
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions in quantum computing and AI ethics
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs
- Develop frameworks for ethical AI deployment and sustainable technology integration
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies with 5-10 year commercial viability
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Mentor junior strategists in future-focused methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership roles
- Proven track record in emerging technology commercialization
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI governance, or climate tech
- Experience with scenario planning and futures methodologies
- Strong network within Silicon Valley innovation ecosystems
- Certification in technology foresight or strategic innovation management
- Prior experience developing ethical AI frameworks
